Edible Nest Swiflet, Hill Myna (common), Rufous-backed Kingfisher, White breasted wood swallow, Chestnut breasted Malkoha, Chestnut backed Scimitar Babbler, Common Iora, Crimson Sunbird, Black winged fly catcher, Red naped Trogon, Large tailed Nightjar, Lesser Coucal, Greater Coucal, Collared Kingfisher, Philippino Glossy Starling, Asian Glossy Starling, Emerald Dove, Zebra Dove, Grey Imperial Pigeon, Cattle Egret, Olive backed Sunbird, Little Spider hunter, Yellow vented Bulbul, Scarlet backed Flower pecker, Pied Triller, Savanna Nightjar, Eastern marsh Harrier, Black & Red Broadbill, Bornean black magpie, Cinnamon headed green Pigeon, Pink- necked Green Pigeon, Plaintive Cuckoo, Crested Serpent Eagle, Blue eared Kingfisher, Black Capped Kingfisher, Greater Racket-Tailed Drongo, Chinese Sparrowhawk, House swallow, Barn Swallow, Golden Bellied Gerygone, Rufous Woodpecker, Lesser San Plover, Malaysian Plover, Whiskered Tern, Little Tern, White winged Tern, Black and Red Kingfisher, Stork Billed Kingfisher .

There's also a variety of Wildfowl named the Tabun Scrubfowl that lays chicken-sized eggs, highly prized by the locals, below ground off the beach.

Other Wild life seen on the property includes Fireflies, Giant Red Squirrels, Black Squirrels, Slow Loris,Mouse Deer, Ruasa Deer, Civets, Lesser Gymnure, Wild Boar, Monkeys & Monitor Lizards.
